A magnificent sculpture dedicated to the Cancer Survivors Park.
Layers of white, yellow, orange and red plastic form the more than 16-foot sculpture, designed by California artist, Phillip K. Smith, III – principal of The Art Office.
The sculpture rises from a circular base to an eight-pointed star at the top – representing a flower twisting toward the sun as it prepares to bloom. Viewing the piece at night gives an extraordinary glow of lights.
